Pre Sale Questions
When your order is placed there is a 2 day wait for payment to clear and make sure there are no problems. After that, the order is reviewed for accuracy and errors then sent to our suppliers. Every order is custom made when you order. This helps us have lower prices because there is no inventory to keep on hand.
Most tees are shipped within 5-7 days, some items, such as shoes, take up to 3-4 weeks. Everything else is in between. Remember, all orders are made just for you. There are no guarantees to shipping times due to shipping restrictions or covid issues that may arise.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
