Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

All of our products are made to order. As such, most products are shipped within a week, but some products may take up to a month to ship. Also, there are no returns for buyer remorse or size errors. If you have a question about sizes or shipping, please email us at email@example.com.
